CHROMOPHARE® HID - bigger, brighter, more homogeneous

With its HID (high-intensity discharge) surgical lights based on gas discharge technology, BERCHTOLD has created a line of lights with a large light field that is very homogeneously illuminated - intensity ranges up to 160,000 Lux, with a diameter up to 34 cm. A technological market leader, HID lights provide approximately 55% more illumination than lights with standard halogen lamps, and produce not even half the heat. The surgical team can work in a more pleasant environment and for longer periods of time, while the surgical area is significantly safer from drying out.
